Fitworks for Girls is a women’s cycling club that caters to every level of rider, from introductory level to competitor, from road to dirt. It is Fitworks’ goal to provide assistance, support and opportunities for everyone to feel comfortable and confident on their bikes, as well as promote a healthy, active lifestyle. 

This web site aims to provide:

- a forum for women to see when rides and clinics are offered through the shop;

- opportunities for like-minded women to get together to cycle, discuss and participate in active, healthy lifestyles; and

- health and wellness resources available within the community.

Be Prepared!

Helmets are MANDATORY for all rides.

We recommend that all riders come prepared with:

-plenty of water / fluids and snacks

-a spare tube, pump (or air canister), and basic tools just in case of unforseable circumstances
